A SELFISH MAN is John O'Loughlin's - aka johulin - sixth collection of short prose and dates from 1983,
on the threshold of his intellectual transition to Social Transcendentalism. Therefore it is less ideological in character
than A TRUE EXTREMISM, dating from the following year, and also available via the two links below. As his final volume of
short prose, this latter title is one of the most philosophical, in the sense that it ties in, here and there, with the ideological
philosophy of Social Transcendentalism. But don't underestimate A SELFISH MAN, which is subjectively bold enough to favor
first-person narratives on more than one occasion!
