CHANGING WORLDS, dating from 1976, was the first attempt at a novel by John O'Loughlin, and in this case
one that was both autobiographical and philosophical, documenting the literary ambitions of a London clerk and exploring the
realm of interior monologue whether in ironic conjunction with conversation or simply as the product of solitary reflections.
It is coupled, via the links below, with a fictional journal entitled FIXED LIMITS, which examines the subject of limits
both personally and socially from the standpoint of a budding writer - the self-same disillusioned clerk, who goes by the
name of Michael Savage, as was previously encountered.
